No, you can simply manage your information from your management page in our online system (you can check the section “How to” for detailed step by step instructions on how to manage your account). 

People you share your information with do not need any mobile application. All they need is a compatible mobile device with NFC feature, or the ability to scan the QR code on the back of your card (please check the section “Supported Devices” for the full list of devices which support the NFC feature)

Your information regularly changes, but your normal business card is not. If you change your phone number, your designation or any other piece of information you have on your business card, you will need to reprint new batch of business cards. Kardania provides you with a state-of-art fully secured system to store all your information which you cannot show all on your business card like your full contact details, social links, and many more. Also, at any time, you can simply update your information by visiting your account.

In this section, you will discover how to manage and use your kardania account.

  2. In the login page, provide your email address and your password 
  3. Click on Login button

  8. A new page will be opened to enter your new password 
  9. Enter your new password and the confirmation password, then click on Submit button 
  10. A success message will appear to confirm that your new password is set

  4. Once you step out of the username field, our system will ensure that the username value you entered is unique and is not used with any of our other members. Each physical card you own is represented with a card in your account. The card in your account can be controlled only by you. You can decide what information is linked to the card, so that when people tap your card, they will get the information you linked to your card
An element is the information you create and manage under your account. You can create one or more element from different types. We keep adding new element types, so please check the full list of elements under your account. An element can be a contact card like any contact you have in your mobile. With contact card element, you can save your contact information and link to your card, so you can easily share your contact card to people. Another element type is social link, you can save your Facebook profile link as an element and link to your card, so when people tap your card, they will be able to access your Facebook profile page.

A profile page is a special type of elements. Imagine creating a profile page with your photo, your name, designation, and brief about you. Then you can add one or more elements from the already existing elements you created like your contact card or LinkedIn link to the profile page. Once you link your profile page element to your card, and let people taps your card, they will be redirected to your profile page so they can see all the information you added in your profile and they can interact with it, like downloading your contact card, or open your LinkedIn account.

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Under Contact Card(s) section, click on the plus icon to add new contact card 
  3. Under Element Name, put a name for your contact card element to identify with 
  4. Start filling the information you want to save in your contact card 
  5. You can add multiple phone numbers and emails 
  6. After filling all information, click on Save button to save the new contact card element 
  7. A success message will show to confirm the creation of the element, and the element will show under the Contact Card(s) section

  2. Under Profile(s) section, click on the plus icon to add new contact card 
  3. Under Element Name, put a name for your profile to identify with 
  4. Fill the details of the profile 
  5. Under Social media and Streaming channels sections, select the elements you want to show in your profile page. You can select as many as you want from the elements you already created 
  6. Under Contact cards section, select a contact card to link to your profile page. You can select only one contact card in case you have more than one contact card element 
  7. After finishing, click on Save button to save the new profile 
  8. A success message will show to confirm the creation of the element, and the element will show under the Profile(s) section

  2. Go to the contact card element you want to edit, and click on the Edit icon 
  3. Apply the changes you want 
  4. Click on Save button
