Brands & branches
Kardania Loop organizes your company as Brands and Branches. A brand is a parent organization or product line. A branch is a location or office under a brand. This structure drives branding, contact details, and who manages what.
Brands
Open Brands from the menu to see all your brands as cards, each showing its logo, branch count, and user count.
- Create: choose New Brand and fill in the brand profile (name, website, phone, logo, and industry).
- Edit: open a brand card to update its details.
- Delete: permanently remove a brand. This also deletes its branches and connectors and unassigns its users.
Opening a brand shows its branches list. From the header you can open the Brand Profile and Brand Connectors, plus a More menu with Statistics, Manage Managers, and Edit Brand.
- Connectors: shared connectors (tappable links and actions, such as the company website or WhatsApp) that appear on this brand's profiles. See Profile setup & media.
Branches
Within a brand, open the Branches tab to manage locations.
- Create: choose New Branch and enter its name, location, and manager.
- Edit: open a branch to change its details.
- Delete: remove a branch you no longer need.
A branch detail page shows section cards for Users, Contact Information, and Branch Media, plus header actions for Statistics, Manage Managers, and Branch Settings.
Branding and contact details
Brands and branches carry the branding used across Loop and Connect:
- Logo, banner, and colors appear on profiles, cards, email signatures, and wallet passes.
- Contact information (company name, phone, email, address, website, social links) feeds your shared profiles and signatures, so keep it accurate.
Who can manage what
- Full Access users can create, edit, and delete brands and branches.
- A Brand Manager can manage their brand and all branches under it.
- A Branch Manager can manage their single branch.
Your plan sets the maximum number of brands you can create. If you reach it, you will see an upgrade prompt. See Plans, seats & billing.
Tips
- Set up brands and branches before inviting users, so you can assign each person to the right place.
- Keep branch contact details current, since email signatures and shared profiles pull from them automatically.
