Notes

Notes is a writing space inside Kardania Loop. Use it for account plans, meeting notes, playbooks, and anything your team needs to write down and find again later. It is a premium feature: if your plan does not include it, you will see an upgrade prompt instead.

Spaces and pages

Notes is organized in two levels.

• Spaces group related notes, for example a team wiki, a client account, or a project.
• Pages live inside a space. A page can have subpages, so a large topic can be broken up without losing its structure.

1. Open Notes from the menu.
2. Choose New space and give it a name.
3. With the space selected, choose New page. Use Add subpage to nest a page under another.

A page saves as you type. The indicator shows Saving… and then Saved, so you always know where you stand. Use Full page to hide the surrounding layout when you want to concentrate, and Hide pages panel for more room.

Writing

Type / anywhere on a page to open the block menu, then pick what you want to insert:

• Text, Bulleted list, Numbered list, Checklist, Quote, Code block, Divider, and Table for structure.
• Image and File to upload something into the page.
• YouTube Embed to drop in a video.
• Capture form to embed one of your forms.
• Pulse to reference a company or contact from your CRM.
• User to mention a teammate.

You can also link to another note or to a chat channel, so related work stays connected instead of scattered.

Working together

More than one person can write on the same page at the same time. You will see who else is in the page, and the block someone is currently editing is held for them, so two people cannot overwrite the same paragraph. Everything appears for everyone as it is typed, with nothing to refresh or merge afterwards.

Who can see a note

Each space has members. Open the members panel to add or remove people and to filter a long list by name or email.

A page can be shared three ways:

• Private. Only you.
• Space. Everyone who is a member of the space.
• Public. A read-only link anyone can open, with no account needed. Use this for something you want to send outside the company.

Finding things

Use the search box to find a note by its title or its content, across the spaces you have access to. This searches inside the text of your pages, not just their names.

Plan limits

Notes is a premium feature. Your plan sets:

• Whether Notes is available at all.
• How many spaces you can have active.
• How much content and attachments each space can hold.

If you reach a limit you will be prompted to upgrade. See Plans, seats & billing.

Where this fits
