Digital cards & sharing

Digital business cards (Gadgets)

Gadgets are your digital business cards. A gadget can be a physical device (such as an NFC card) or a digital QR code. When someone taps or scans it, they open your shared profile, save your contact details, or are sent straight to a chosen action.

Open Gadgets from the menu to see your cards as a grid with status badges. Each gadget has a default action you can configure, for example show the profile, download the contact card, or open a specific connector (call, email, website, and so on).

Assign and share

  • Assign a gadget to a user so it opens that person's profile.
  • QR code: generate and download the QR for printing or display.
  • Share link: copy the gadget's short link to send by message or email.
  • Batch download: export multiple QR codes at once as a ZIP, handy when preparing cards for a whole team.

Read the statistics

Each gadget tracks how it is being used. Open a gadget's statistics to see interactions over time, including views, contact saves, and form submissions, broken down by date and activity type. This tells you which cards and which team members are driving the most engagement.

What a visitor experiences

A gadget link performs its action immediately, with no extra screens. Depending on how you set it up, the visitor lands on your profile, is prompted to save your contact card, or is taken to the connector destination (a phone dialer, email, website, WhatsApp, and so on). For the full visitor view, see Sharing with Connect.

Connector types

The kinds of actions a gadget or card can offer (phone, email, WhatsApp, website, address, capture form, and more) are controlled in Settings, where an administrator chooses which connector types are available to your account.

Tips

  • Assign a gadget to a person before sharing it, so it opens the right profile.
  • Use the statistics to compare cards and decide where to invest in printed or NFC media.
