Integrations

Integrations

Integrations connect Loop to the systems you already use, so people, data, and domains stay in sync. Configuring integrations requires Full Access (or the Integrations permission), and some integrations depend on your plan.

Open Integrations from the menu to see the available connectors grouped by category.

Microsoft Entra ID (single sign-on and directory sync)

Connecting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) does two things: it lets your team sign in with their Microsoft accounts (SSO), and it keeps your Loop users in sync with your company directory.

Setup runs as a short wizard:

  1. Connection. Enter your Tenant ID, the Graph Sync Client ID, and the Client Secret from your Entra app registration. Loop shows the redirect URIs to register in Entra. Use Test Connection to confirm the credentials.
  2. Groups. Search your Entra groups and choose which ones to sync, mapping each group to a Loop branch so synced users land in the right place.
  3. Mapping and schedule. Map directory fields to Loop fields (first name, last name, email, phone, work phone, department, position), then turn on Auto Sync and set how often it runs.
  4. Validate. Run a final check of the connection, the selected groups, and the field mappings.
  5. Single sign-on (optional, plan dependent). Enter the SSO Client ID and Secret, enable SSO, and use Test SSO with a sample email to confirm the flow.

How your team signs in

  • Normal login: email and password on the Loop login page.
  • Single sign-on: choose Login using Single Sign-On, enter the work email, and Loop redirects to Microsoft to authenticate, then signs the user in.

Both methods can be used. SSO becomes available once it is configured and enabled. Synced users are marked so you can tell them apart from people you added manually.

Zoho CRM

Connecting Zoho keeps your contacts aligned between Loop and Zoho CRM.

  1. Enter your Zoho Client ID and Client Secret, and choose your Zoho datacenter (United States, Europe, India, Australia, or Japan). Loop shows the redirect URI to register in Zoho.
  2. Choose Connect with Zoho CRM and authorize Loop in the Zoho sign-in popup.
  3. Map your Loop contact fields (first name, last name, email, phone, position, company) to the matching Zoho fields.
  4. Use Test Connection to verify.

Once connected, you can push a contact to Zoho, and each contact shows its sync status (created, updated, skipped, or failed). See Companies & contacts.

DNS (your own custom domain)

The DNS integration lets you serve your public profiles and campaign pages on your own branded domain, for example links.yourcompany.com, instead of a shared Kardania address.

  1. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use and save it. Loop generates a unique verification code.
  2. Add the two DNS records Loop shows you at your domain registrar: a CNAME record pointing to the Loop target, and a TXT record for verification. Loop provides copy buttons and step-by-step guides for common providers (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, AWS Route 53).
  3. Choose Verify DNS Records. Once the records are detected, the domain shows "Connected and verified", and your profiles and campaigns are served on it.

You can disconnect or switch to a different domain at any time.

Turning your custom domain on or off

You can temporarily turn your custom domain off without deleting its configuration. When it is disabled, your public links fall back to your default Kardania Connect address, and any links you have already shared (printed QR codes, wallet passes, and so on) keep working by redirecting to that default address. Turning the domain back on is instant, because the configuration is preserved.

If you instead choose to disable and also remove the configuration, the domain is fully disconnected (this is the existing disconnect behavior).

Other connectors

Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and WhatsApp Business appear as coming soon. If an integration is not part of your plan, its card shows as locked with an upgrade prompt.

Your credentials are protected

Integration secrets you enter (client secrets and tokens) are encrypted at rest, with a separate key for each account, so they are never stored as plain text.

Managing a connection

  • Test Connection or Verify checks your setup at any time.
  • Sync settings let you pause or resume automatic syncing and adjust field mappings.
  • You can disable an integration and choose to keep or delete its saved configuration.

Tips

  • Run Test Connection before saving, so a wrong credential is caught immediately.
  • For Entra, map the name and email fields carefully, since they drive how synced users appear in Loop.
