Account & billing

Plans, seats & billing

The Account area is where you manage your subscription, seats, payment method, and invoices. Billing actions are handled by the Account Owner or an Account Admin.

View your current plan

Open Account to see your plan at a glance:

  • The plan name and billing period (monthly or annual).
  • The number of seats included.
  • Your renewal date and cost, with a per-seat breakdown.
  • Annual savings, if you are on an annual plan.

Usage cards show how much of each limit you are using, such as seats, contacts, forms, brands, and storage, with progress bars. If you exceed a limit you will see a warning prompting you to remove items or upgrade.

Upgrade your plan

  1. From the Account page choose Change plan or Upgrade plan.
  2. Pick the plan you want and the billing period (monthly or annual).
  3. Review the preview, which shows any prorated charge for the rest of the cycle, the effective date, and the new renewal date.
  4. Add or confirm a payment method if needed.
  5. Confirm. The change applies immediately and you see the new plan on the Account page.

Downgrade your plan

Downgrading works the same way. The preview highlights any features you will lose and any refund or charge. You cannot downgrade to fewer seats than you currently have active users; reduce your team first if needed.

Manage seats

  1. Choose Manage seats from the Account page.
  2. To add seats, enter how many and review the prorated charge, then confirm.
  3. To reduce seats, enter how many to remove. You must keep enough seats for all active and pending users. Review the adjustment, then confirm.

Billing and invoices

Open the Billing & Payment page to:

  • See your saved card (brand, last four digits, expiry) and update it.
  • View your invoice history with status badges (Paid, Open, Void, Uncollectible).
  • Download a PDF of any paid invoice.
  • Use Pay Now on an open or uncollectible invoice to settle it with your card on file.

On the Free plan, no payment method is required.

If a payment is missed

If a charge fails, your account enters a grace period. During this time some actions are limited and public forms are paused. Update your payment method and pay the open invoice to restore everything. We send reminders, and your card network may also retry the charge automatically.

Offline-billed accounts

Some enterprise accounts are billed offline by an account manager rather than by card. If yours is one of them, you will see a Contact Account Manager option instead of the self-service upgrade, downgrade, and seat controls. Your account manager handles plan changes and invoicing for you.

Feature availability

Many capabilities depend on your plan, including advanced CRM analytics, custom wallet passes, email signatures, the number of active campaigns and flows, and integrations. Locked features show an upgrade prompt. Upgrading unlocks them immediately.
