Companies & contacts
Pulse is the CRM inside Kardania Loop. It keeps your companies (customers), the people you work with (contacts), and your opportunities (the deals you are working on) in one place, along with their activity history.
Pulse overview
Open Pulse to land on an overview showing total customers and contacts, new additions this month, and a feed of recent activity such as new contacts, new companies, and logged calls or meetings. Quick buttons let you add a new customer or contact straight away.
Companies (customers)
A company record represents an organization you do business with.
- Open the Companies list. You can search and filter by brand, industry, status, and location.
- Choose New Customer and fill in the company name, industry, country, and contact details.
- Open any company to see its detail page, with tabs for:
- Overview: name, logo, address, website, industry.
- Contacts: the people at this company.
- Activities: the history of calls, meetings, and emails.
A contact does not have to belong to a company. You can keep a standalone contact with no company attached.
Contacts
A contact is an individual person.
- Open the Contacts list. Search and filter by company, status, source, and department.
- Choose New Contact and enter their name, email, phone, company, position, stage, and source.
- Open a contact for a detail page with:
- Overview: their details and any custom fields.
- Activities: a timeline of interactions, including form submissions.
- History: a log of changes over time.
Stages
Contacts move through stages that reflect your sales process: New, Qualified Lead, Engaged, Ready for Proposal, Customer, plus Inactive and Lost. Update a contact's stage as the relationship progresses, so your reports stay accurate.
Sources
Each contact records where it came from, for example Manual entry, a Form submission, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Entra. Contacts created automatically by a Flow carry the source you set on that automation.
Sync status
If a contact is linked to a connected CRM such as Zoho, a small badge shows its sync state (synced, pending, or error) so you can spot anything that needs attention.
Opportunities (sales pipeline)
An opportunity is a potential deal you are tracking. You can optionally link it to a contact and a company, and give it an estimated value, so you always know what is in your pipeline and what it could be worth.
Opportunities are part of Pulse and follow the same per-plan availability and limits as the rest of the CRM.
Pipeline views
You can view your opportunities in two ways and toggle between them:
- Kanban board: each column is a pipeline stage. Drag a card from one column to another to change its stage, and drag a card up or down within a column to reorder it.
- List view: a straightforward list of your opportunities, useful for scanning and sorting.
Stages
Opportunities move through stages as a deal progresses. On the board you can show or hide the Won and Lost columns to focus your view. The Won column is always shown.
Opportunity details
Open any opportunity to see its detail page, which includes:
- Details: the opportunity name, value, and links to its contact and company.
- Stage-history timeline: every stage change, so you can see how the deal has moved over time.
- Notes: add as many notes as you like over the life of the deal to keep a running record.
You can also delete an opportunity from its detail page when you no longer need it.
Account currency
All opportunity values are shown and summed in a single account-wide display Currency, which defaults to AED and is set in Settings. This keeps every total coherent across your deals. It is separate from your subscription billing currency.
Analytics
The Opportunities Analytics view summarizes your pipeline over a date range you choose. It is available to Full Access users who have Pulse access.
Funnel
The conversion Funnel shows how your contacts and opportunities progress and convert through the stages. You reach it from a button on the Opportunities page.
AI insights on a company
Open a company and choose the AI Insights tab to build a research profile of that organization from public sources. It is a feature in its own right, not part of an automation: you run it on a company when you want it.
Generate and review
- Fill in the company's name, website, and headquarters on the Overview tab first. The more of these you provide, the better the result.
- Choose Generate on the AI Insights tab. The research runs in the background, so you can carry on working.
- When it finishes, the result is presented for review rather than applied silently. You choose to Replace what you had, Keep your existing details, or Merge the two.
Once insights are stored, the tab offers Re-enrich Data to refresh them, and Delete Insights to remove them.
What you get
- Company profile: legal name, domain, industry, headquarters, founded year, employee range, corporate structure, tags, a description, and links.
- Digital and reputation: brand sentiment, press coverage, and social engagement.
- Financial and growth: revenue estimates, funding, hiring trend, and growth indicators.
- Predictive intelligence: growth potential, engagement risk, deal fit, and partnership synergy.
- Verification and signals: domain age, whether the site has a valid certificate, whether the business email is properly configured, and a negative-news check.
- Data sources: every page the research used, with a link.
How much to trust it
The tab is built so you can check it rather than take it on faith.
- Every claim carries a Source link, and a figure that cannot be traced to a specific page is not shown at all.
- Some fields display a confidence percentage.
- Verification and signals is checked directly against public records rather than generated, and it says Not checked when a source was unavailable instead of guessing.
- A banner states plainly that this is generated from publicly available pages, with the date it was last updated and how many sources were used.
Treat it as prepared research to verify before you act on it, not as a system of record.
Who can use it, and how often
Generating insights needs Full Access or the Pulse permission group. Your plan sets a monthly allowance for how many companies you can enrich, and the feature is only available on plans that include it. See Plans, seats & billing.
Bulk actions
On the contacts list you can select several records at once to export them, update their stage, or delete them together.
Next steps
- Capture new contacts automatically with Capture forms and Flows.
