Campaigns & automation

Campaigns

Campaigns bring a team, a public landing page, shared files, capture forms, and analytics together in one workspace. They are ideal for events, product launches, and marketing pushes.

Create a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns from the menu.
  2. Choose New Campaign and give it a title, optional description, and dates.
  3. Open the campaign to work across its tabs.

The campaign tabs

  • Overview: key details, the shareable landing-page link, and a QR code once published.
  • Analytics: visits, call-to-action clicks, and form submissions over time.
  • Team: manage the campaign's members and their access.
  • Team Space: chat with the campaign team, with @-mentions and links to files.
  • Files: upload and organize shared assets in folders.
  • Submissions: see entries from the capture forms linked to this campaign.
  • Page editor: build the public landing page from content blocks.
  • Settings: title, description, dates, language, and a daily summary email option.

Build the landing page

The page editor uses drag-and-drop content blocks arranged in header, body, and footer regions. Available blocks include text, images, a logo header, video (including YouTube), buttons and calls to action, file downloads, and embedded or linked forms. You can set per-block colors, preview the page at desktop, tablet, and phone sizes, and provide English and Arabic versions with a language toggle.

Images and files you use in the editor are kept in a locked "Landing page assets" folder so they are not deleted by accident.

Attach one or more capture forms to the campaign so their submissions roll up under the Submissions tab. See Capture forms to build them.

Collaborate with your team

Invite team members to the campaign and work together in two places: Team Space for discussion and Files for shared assets.

Team Space (campaign chat)

Every campaign has its own real-time chat, so all the discussion about that campaign stays in one place with the people who are on the team. Open the Team Space tab to talk through ideas, share updates, and keep decisions next to the work they relate to.

  • @mention a teammate to get their attention. The person you mention also receives an email, so they will not miss it even if they are not looking at the campaign right now.
  • Tag a campaign file with $ to drop a link to one of the campaign's shared files right into the conversation. Anyone can click it to open the file or jump to its folder.
  • It works like the rest of chat in Loop (emoji, typing indicators, edits, unread badges), so it feels familiar.

For the full guide to mentions, tagging, and everything chat can do, see Team Chat. This section only covers the parts that are specific to a campaign.

Files (shared storage)

Each campaign has a shared Files area where the team can upload assets and organize them into folders. It is the single place to keep everything the campaign needs, like images, PDFs, and documents.

  • A usage bar shows how much of the campaign's storage you have used. Your plan sets the per-campaign storage quota.
  • A locked "Landing page assets" folder holds the images and files that the landing-page editor uses. These are managed from the page editor, not from the Files tab, so you cannot delete or move them directly. To remove one, delete the block that uses it in the page editor.
  • Files can be referenced from chat (tag them with $ in Team Space) and from landing-page blocks (pick them when you add an image, file download, or logo block).

Publish, end, and archive

  • Publish makes the landing page public. The status badge shows Published.
  • End campaign marks the campaign completed. It unpublishes the landing page and deactivates the capture forms linked to the campaign, so it stops accepting new submissions. Afterwards only the Files and Team Space tabs stay accessible, so the team keeps its shared assets and history. Everyone on the team is emailed when a campaign ends. This is a final step, so you confirm it before it runs.
  • Archive simply hides a campaign from your active list while keeping its files, submissions, and chat intact. Unlike End campaign, archiving is reversible: you can restore an archived campaign later and it returns to the status it had before.

These lifecycle actions are limited to the owner (and, for ending a campaign, Full Access or users with the Campaigns permission).

Daily summary email

In the campaign Settings tab you can turn on a daily summary email. Tick the checkbox to enable it, and once a day the campaign team receives a single recap email, for example a roundup of new submissions, so everyone stays informed without having to check the campaign throughout the day. Leave the checkbox off if you would rather not send it. You can turn it on or off at any time.

Read the analytics

The Analytics tab shows how the landing page is performing: how many people visited, how many clicked your calls to action, and how many submitted a form, charted over time.

Plan limits

Your plan sets how many active campaigns and how much file storage you get. If you reach a limit you will see an upgrade prompt. See Plans, seats & billing.

Tips

  • Build and preview the page in both languages before publishing if your audience is bilingual.
  • Link your forms early so submissions are captured from the moment you publish.
