Email signatures & wallet passes

Loop can produce branded email signatures and digital wallet passes that stay consistent across your whole team, pulling details from your brands and branches automatically.

Email signatures

Open Email Signatures to design a signature template for a brand and branch.

1. Choose the brand, then the branch you want to configure.
2. Toggle which fields appear: name, photo, position, organization, department, branch, and social links.
3. Set the four colors (background, primary, secondary, and accent), and toggle the brand logo on to pull in the existing brand logo.
4. Optionally add a QR code that links to the person's profile page.
5. Watch the live preview update as you edit.
6. Copy the signature, then paste it into your email client.
7. Save the template for that brand and branch.

Contact details (phone, email, address, website, social icons) come from the branch information, so keep your branch records current. Signature text adapts to the user's language.

Wallet passes

Open Wallet Settings to customize the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass your team carries on their phones.

1. Choose the brand whose pass you want to configure.
2. Upload the logo shown when the pass is collapsed.
3. Set the background color. The text color is calculated automatically for good contrast and readability.
4. Toggle which user fields appear on the pass: name, photo, position, organization, department, branch.
5. Preview how the pass will look as you adjust the logo, colors, and fields.
6. Save. The settings apply to everyone in that brand.

Plan availability

Email signatures and custom wallet passes are Full Access features on eligible plans. If they are not included, the menu items appear locked with an upgrade prompt. See Plans, seats & billing.

Tips

• Set branch contact details first, since signatures pull from them.
• Choose a background color with enough contrast. The preview shows you exactly how the automatic text color will look.
