Getting started with Kardania Loop
Welcome to Kardania Loop. This guide walks you through creating your account, signing in, and finding your way around.
Create your account
- Go to the Loop sign-up page and choose Create Account.
- Fill in your details: first and last name, work email, and a password. Your password needs at least 8 characters, one number, and one capital letter.
- Add your company name, country, and (optionally) your website.
- Choose how many seats you need (one per team member) and pick a plan. Paid plans start at a minimum of 5 seats, and the Free plan is fixed at 5.
- Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service.
- On a paid plan, you will enter your card details. Your card is saved securely and is not charged until your first billing cycle. Your currency is set automatically from your country.
- Select Create Account.
Verify your email
After signing up we email you a 6-digit verification code.
- Open the verification screen and enter the code. You can type it digit by digit or paste the whole code at once.
- If the code has not arrived, wait for the 60-second timer and choose Resend code.
- Once verified, you are taken to the setup screen to finish getting started, then on to your dashboard.
- Go to the login page and enter your email and password.
- Choose Sign In.
- Tick Remember me to have your email pre-filled next time (your password is never stored).
- If your organization uses Microsoft single sign-on, choose Login using Single Sign-On instead and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Forgot your password
- On the login page, choose Forgot Password and enter your email.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the reset screen.
- Set a new password. The requirements turn green as you meet them.
- Choose Reset Password and sign in with your new password.
For security, Loop signs you out automatically after a period of inactivity. Just log back in to continue.
Find your way around
After logging in you land on the Dashboard. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your account, with a card for each area you have access to:
- Users shows your seats and how many are active, pending, or inactive.
- Pulse shows your customers and contacts.
- Capture shows your forms.
- Campaigns shows active and completed campaigns.
- Flows shows your automations.
- Gadgets shows your digital cards and devices.
- Integrations shows your connected systems.
- Brands & Branches shows your organization structure.
Each card has a button that takes you straight to that area. The menu on the left is your main navigation. What you see there depends on your plan and your permissions, so some items may not appear for every user.
